• Creates mosaic reconstructions of lost, stolen, or destroyed masterpieces
• Sells prints and merchandise related to these projects

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

When you upload photos to the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• The photos do not infringe on any third-party rights
• The photos do not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• You have obtained necessary permissions for identifiable people or private property

4.2 License Grant

By uploading photos, you grant Graffiti Is Art a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and display your photos for mosaic creation
• Include your photos in physical and digital artworks
• Distribute your photos as part of completed mosaic projects
• Use your photos in marketing materials for the project

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without notice.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Print Sales

When purchasing prints or merchandise:

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrectly described

5.2 Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5.3 Returns and Refunds

Defective or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Contact us at cameron_moir@hotmail.com with photos of the defect.

6. Donations

Donations made through PayPal or other methods are voluntary contributions to support the project. Donations are non-refundable unless made in error.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and mosaic artworks, is protected by copyright and owned by Graffiti Is Art or Cameron J. Moir, except where credited otherwise.

7.2 Fair Use

Our mosaic reconstructions of public domain and lost artworks are transformative works created for artistic, educational, and cultural preservation purposes.

You may not:

• Upload photos you do not have rights to
